What are your candles made of?

Our candles are hand-poured in small batches using 100% natural soy wax, premium fragrance oils infused with essential oils, and lead-free cotton wicks. They are completely free from parabens, phthalates, and synthetic dyes.

How do I get the cleanest, best burn from my candle?

Trim your wick to 5mm before every burn. On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the jar (usually 2–3 hours) to establish a "melt pool" and prevent tunneling. Never leave a burning candle unattended or burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Why is my candle's surface uneven after burning?

Rough or bumpy tops after burning are a normal feature of 100% natural soy wax. It is simply a result of the wax cooling at different speeds and does not affect the burn performance or fragrance.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are handcrafted and processed within 2–4 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Do you offer custom or bulk orders for events?

Yes! We craft custom candles for weddings, corporate gifts, and special events. Contact us at least 4 weeks in advance to discuss custom scents, labels, and pricing.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, undamaged candles within 14 days of delivery. If your candle arrives damaged during transit, take a photo and reach out to us immediately for a replacement.

Sustainability & Jars

We take great care in packaging our candles, but if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve this for you immediately.

How can I clean and reuse my candle jar?

Once 12mm of wax remains, stop burning the candle. Carefully pour hot (not boiling) water into the jar to float the remaining wax to the top. Once cooled, remove the wax ring, wash the jar with warm soapy water, and reuse it as a planter, pen holder, or storage container.
